Commercial returns must always be processed through our online services.
The customer may return the product within 15 calendar days of purchase, provided the product has not been unsealed from its original packaging, used, installed on other equipment or in any other installation, or disassembled by anyone other than IWWW.
Commercial returns do not apply to used products, custom-made products, electronic licenses, or custom configurations requested by the customer.
The customer has 3 calendar days from the confirmation date of our system to send the product to IWWW with shipping prepaid and clearly marked with our authorization number. After this period, the request will be rejected.
The warranty for products purchased by the Customer from IWWW that are subsequently distributed to consumers and users will be managed directly between the Customer and said end consumers and users.
The Customer must comply with the conditions established in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary regulations.
IWWW provides the Customer with detailed information from manufacturers regarding products that have their own authorized Technical Assistance network, and in such cases, they are subject to the warranty conditions and procedures established by those manufacturers.
Outside of these cases, IWWW generally offers the Customer a 2-year warranty on the sale of new products. Products originating from the used warehouse (indicated on the invoice as OUTLET Warehouse) will have a 1-year warranty. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase.
For an order to be shipped the same day, it must be confirmed, paid for, and verified by 5:00 PM on the same day.
The delivery time is generally 24 hours for mainland Spain and 48 hours for the Balearic Islands. Same-day delivery is available for locations in the Valencian Community and Murcia. For more specific information on delivery conditions and other destinations, please contact the Sales Department. We primarily work with the following shipping companies: SEUR, DHL, VIAXPRESS, PALIBEX, and CORREOS EXPRESS. IWWW reserves the right to choose the most suitable carrier in each case to provide the best service to the customer.
The stated delivery times are estimates and are not binding. IWWW will make every effort to deliver the products within the established timeframe.
